Welcome to the Board Members page of Church & Community Outreach, where each individual brings hearts full of service, deep roots in faith and community, and a shared vision of compassion in action. Together, they help guide our mission of supporting Christian food pantries and meeting the physical and spiritual needs of families in Pinellas County. We invite you to meet the dedicated men and women leading this work, and to join us in standing with them as they serve our community with integrity, generosity, and love.
Jim Fraseur
President
Jim joined the CCO Board in 2023, and along with Rick does initial food pantry and potential partner visits. Jim became Board President in 2025, and in addition to his new duties continues to spend time visiting, welcoming, and supporting CCO’s many pantries and partners. Jim graduated from USF in Marketing and had an extensive career in medical device sales and marketing. He has also been a successful small business entrepreneur building and selling two local businesses in manufacturing and services.
Jim and his wife, Dr. Susan Fraseur, enjoy spending time with their son Spencer, travelling, and going to movies. They are members of Calvary Church, active in their Small Group, as well as Men’s and Women’s fellowships.
Jim has a passion for studying the Bible, and his favorite deep dive is the Psalms.
Psalm 107:1: "Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever."
Rick Howard
Vice President
Rick started volunteering at CCO's food pantry in 2016. He volunteered and helped leadership run the pantry for 8 years. He joined the CCO Board in 2016 also and has held the positions of Assistant President and President. Rick worked at Publix for 42 years holding many different leadership positions throughout his career. He's very passionate about giving back to the community. Rick was born and raised in Pinellas County and has lived here most of his life. He and his beautiful wife Melissa are both native Floridians. They have two adult children and two grandchildren that live in Clearwater. They have been members of their church for the past 31 years and both of them volunteer there weekly. One of my favorite verses is, Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good to those who love God, who are called according to His purpose."
Bob McCall
Treasurer
Bob McCall has served as the CCO Treasurer since January 1, 2025, and has been on the CCO Board since 2023. He was an Internal Auditor for 35 years, including public companies JCPenney, Transamerica Insurance, and the Auto Club Group, as well as a financial/operational consultant for Resources Global Professionals. Bob has a BA from Temple University and an MBA in Finance from Argosy University. He retired in September 2020. He truly believes that Christ-followers should actively help the marginalized in society, and CCO enables him to utilize his gifts in a way that facilitates this. John 14:6 is his favorite verse: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through the Son.” ERGO VIA SUM VERITAS ET VITA
Soozi Kaiser
Finance
Susan (Soozi) Kaiser is honored to have served as CCO’s (Church and Community Outreach) Treasurer for over six years starting in 2019. Soozi earned a B.S. Degree in Finance at USF, plus additional professional certificates. She also served as the Treasurer for Crystal Beach Community Church, for 5 years. Her previous working career included Assistant Treasurer, Programmer, Manager, and Financial Analyst; for Chase Home Mortgage Corp., Home Shopping Network, Baxter Travenol, and S & L Financial Services, etc. Soozi has a great husband, Jerry, with two children, six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild, plus a wonderful standard poodle, in addition to a steady golf hobby. The highlight of my life is to be a part of helping to feed our hungry community, through this dedicated organization, with our all volunteer Board of Directors and officers. A beautiful sermon I remember is… “Are you an Owner or Manager of your money…. MANAGER…. Use what you need and GIVE AWAY THE REST”. In the Bible: “…faith, if it doesn’t have works, is dead by itself.” - James 2:17
Linda Punda
Board Secretary
Linda joined the CCO Board in 2019 and serves as the Board Secretary. She has a degree in marketing and has an extensive career with Raymond James in facilities and project management and is currently the Sr. Corporate Real Estate Project Manager. Linda and her husband Sam are members of Calvary Church, active in their small group, and have served in AWANA’s. They and their two sons enjoy walking, pickleball, and beating their friends at cards and Mexican Train. Having a close family member that has experienced homelessness, Linda and Sam have a heart for reaching those who face these challenges, and the hope that they can transform their lives through Christ. Proverbs 14:31 – Whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God.
Pete Holmes
Outreach
Pete Holmes retired from full-time ministry in 2023. Prior to retirement, Pete served as the Chief Development Officer for Open Doors USA. Open Doors is the largest organization world-wide dedicated to strengthening and resourcing the persecuted church. Pete has also served as a Pastor/Preacher in Kansas City, MO, Largo, FL, Cincinnati, OH and Indianapolis, IN. Pete holds a Master of Arts in Practical Ministries from Cincinnati Chrisitian Seminary.
Pete, like many these days, took the non-traditional route to full-time ministry. He served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps and later graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelors degree in International Business and German. Pete began his corporate work in pharmaceutical sales before his first
call to full-time ministry and has worked off and on in the private sector largely in medical sales and distribution when in-between local church work. Pete and his wife Alison have 7 children and currently live in the Clearwater, FL area.
David Schaefer
Communications
David joined the CCO Board in 2022 as Communications & Marketing Officer and is passionate about Christian outreach, small groups, and Men’s ministries. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Johns Hopkins, an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Business, and has held leadership positions in marketing, sales, and executive roles in small and large healthcare companies. He also founded a Christian coffee business (Blessed Cup) in 2018, based in Clearwater Beach.
